Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Architect to oversee and drive architectural projects from concept to completion. This role demands creative excellence, strong technical expertise, proven project management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. The Lead Architect will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, functional, and sustainable infrastructure solutions across Industrial, Warehousing, Commercial, and Residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process, ensuring innovation, functionality, and alignment with project requirements.
• Oversee the design and coordination of large-scale projects (Industrial, Warehousing, Commercial, Residential) from concept through successful completion.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to develop design briefs and project concepts.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to architectural and design teams.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the design and construction phases.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure design integrity and compliance.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, and sustainable architectural practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design
• Proven experience in handling large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
