Job Description

Role & responsibilities-

Manage end-to-end execution of ground-mounted/rooftop solar projects, from pre-construction planning to final commissioning.
Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution.
Collaborate with government authorities, local bodies, and utility companies to ensure statutory compliance and approvals.
Monitor daily progress at site, resolve technical or resource-related issues, and ensure adherence to construction standards and safety norms.
Prepare project schedules, cost estimations, progress reports, and risk mitigation plans.
Lead subcontractor management, vendor coordination, site logistics, and manpower planning.
Ensure project delivery meets client requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Conduct periodic project reviews with senior management and share actionable insights.

Key Skills & Competencies-

Deep understanding of Ground-mounted/Rooftop solar project lifecycle and construction workflows.
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities in high-pressure environments.
Excellent project planning and execution skills with proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
Sound knowledge of civil and electrical aspects of solar construction.
Commitment to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols and industry best practices.
