Your key responsibilities will include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, compliance and policy implementation, employee engagement, benefits and compensation, as well as training and development. You will be at the forefront of shaping the workforce and fostering a productive work environment. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in a similar HR role. Your proficiency in HR software, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills will be crucial. Additionally, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity is highly valued. Preferred skills for this role include a certification in HR, experience in employee engagement initiatives, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
