Job Summary: The Store Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of raw materials, tools, and finished goods. The role requires maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely material availability for production, and following standard store procedures to achieve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, components, and consumables. Issue materials to the production team as per approved requisitions. Maintain proper documentation for material inward and outward movements. Monitor inventory levels and assist in periodic stock verification and reconciliation. Update and maintain inventory records on monthly basis. Coordinate with the purchase and production departments regarding material shortages or excesses. Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials for easy identification and access. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of store/inventory management principles. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Qualification & Experience: Education: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setup. The role includes handling recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll support, and performance management within a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various departments. Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities. Conduct employee induction and orientation programs. 2. Attendance & Payroll Management: Monitor daily attendance and leave records through biometric system. Coordinate with accounts/finance for timely salary processing. Manage employee database and ensure accuracy of HR MIS reports. 3. Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws. Maintain employee records and registers as per statutory norms. Liaise with government departments and consultants for inspections or audits. 4. Performance Management: Coordinate the appraisal process and maintain performance records.
