Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop, implement, and execute HR policies in line with company goals.
  • Create job descriptions (JD) and maintain updated role documentation.
  • Manage HRMS tools for employee data, attendance, and reporting.
  • Define and monitor KRA (Key Result Areas), KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and PMS (Performance Management System).
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Drive performance management system: appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Draft, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR and administrative functions.
  • Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, HRMS systems, and SOP creation.
  • Hands-on experience with performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute HR initiatives efficiently.
