Role & responsibilities

  • Recruitment and onboarding:

    Coordinate job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Compensation and benefits:

    Administer employee compensation, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Employee relations:

    Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, handle conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Performance and development:

    Assist with performance evaluations, help set goals, and identify training needs, then organize workshops or other development initiatives.
  • Policy and compliance:

    Implement and administer HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
  • Record keeping:

    Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support:

    Provide advice and support to management on HR-related issues and help with other HR tasks as they arise
