HR GENERALIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete

  employee life cycle

  recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and exit formalities.
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain proper documentation.
• Oversee and process

  monthly payroll activities

  accurately and timely.
• Maintain and update the

  HRMS system

  for attendance, leaves, and employee data management.
• Lead

  employee engagement initiatives

  and contribute to creating a positive work culture.
• Conduct and coordinate

  training and development programs

  based on performance evaluations.
• Prepare and present

  HR reports and dashboards

  for management review.
• Manage and resolve

  employee grievances

  and support conflict resolution in a professional manner.
• Supervise and guide junior HR team members for smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Responsible for defining and tracking KPA and KRA metrics to evaluate employee performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  
• 3-6 years of relevant HR experience in operations, compliance, and employee relations.
  
• Strong understanding of

  labor laws and statutory compliances

  .
• Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
  
• Hands-on experience in

  HRMS tools, MS Excel and MS Word

  .
• Ability to multitask, work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
  
• Positive attitude, leadership qualities and a long-term vision for professional growth.
