Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage and support core human resource functions. This role will play a key part in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring HR operations align with company goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Maintain job descriptions and recruitment documentation

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management

Performance & Development

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs
  • Help implement HR policies and performance improvement plans

Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company guidelines, and best practices
  • Support audits and internal HR reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in an HR role (based on level)
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Experience with HR software or ATS is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a tech or startup environment
  • Familiarity with performance management systems
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
