Key Responsibilities Develop and design digital assets including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and digital ads. Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and packaging designs. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging campaign visuals. Ensure brand consistency across all design projects. Prepare and package final artwork for web and print production. Edit and retouch images as needed for campaigns and product materials. Edit and produce short-form videos and reels for social media and marketing campaigns. Stay updated with design and video trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and video projects. Understand client needs and effectively pitch Archism's services and products. Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Keep CRM updated with lead status, meeting notes, and follow-up activities. Provide feedback from the market to improve product offerings and positioning. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native . Build complex, user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance and scalability.
