Production Planning: Create and manage production schedules to meet order deadlines. Monitor progress and address any production delays or quality issues. Quality Control: Implement stringent quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that garments meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations. Cost Management: Negotiate pricing and cost terms with suppliers to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive pricing for clients. Timely Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery of garments to clients by coordinating transportation logistics and monitoring shipping schedules.
