Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for retail roles (trainers, studio staff, volunteers) and HQ roles (operations, marketing, admin, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
Maintain a
candidate pipeline
and recruitment tracker
Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities

2. HR Operations & KRAs (Secondary Focus)

Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation
Support onboarding and induction of new hires
Assist in tracking
HR KRAs
such as:

Hiring timelines
Attrition tracking
Attendance & leave management

Help implement HR policies and studio guidelines
Act as the first point of contact for basic employee HR queries

3. Coordination & Culture Support

Coordinate between studio teams and HQ
Support engagement activities, feedback collection, and basic people initiatives
Help foster a positive, creative, and respectful work culture

Preferred candidate profile

13 years of experience in
HR or recruitment
, preferably in startups
Strong recruitment coordination and communication skills
Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance
Organized, proactive, and people-friendly personality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for trackers
