Job Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

with

2 to 3 years

of experience to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, enhance employee engagement, and support a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related matters.
Partner with business units to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Support talent management initiatives including performance management, engagement, and development planning.
Assist in handling employee relations issues, including grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to identify and deliver training needs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
Assist in executing diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills

2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting using tools like Excel
Experience in employee engagement, grievance handling, or performance management.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Exposure to HRIS tools will be an added advantage.
