Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support to business leaders by analyzing workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement data to inform HR strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce attrition rates and improve overall employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver performance management programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations while maintaining a positive employer brand reputation.
  • Analyze employee grievances and provide solutions to resolve issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function.
  • Strong understanding of Business Partnering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement (employees at all levels).
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like IJP or similar platforms.
