Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide strategic support to business leaders by analyzing workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement data to inform HR strategy.
Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce attrition rates and improve overall employee satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver performance management programs that drive business outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations while maintaining a positive employer brand reputation.
Analyze employee grievances and provide solutions to resolve issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function.
Strong understanding of Business Partnering principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement (employees at all levels).
Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like IJP or similar platforms.
