• Execute the plan for recruitment in line with the business strategy and the budget
• Follow SOPs that have been created in line with the business strategy
• Ensure adherence to HR Plans and budgets
• Ensure pre-approved manpower availability in the region in line with business needs
• Proactively plan and manage optimal quality manpower in collaboration with the Manager Talent Acquisition.
• Execute the recruitment strategy of the organization.
• Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements as and when needed.
• Screening of candidates from the existing database, referrals, job portals & posted advertisements as per manpower requisition forms in the assigned region.
• Conduct preliminary HR round of interviews during the talent acquisition process in the region.
• Ensure Salary negotiations and grade fitments are done within the set frameworks of compensation.
• Responsible for all the Joining and exit formalities of the candidates in the assigned region.
• Maintaining an active and organized talent pipeline of applicants for various positions
• Responsible for analysing and generating HR reports to DGM HR and Head HR as per the Reporting Matrices.
• Responsible for handling grievances through Grievance Redress Mechanism in the assigned region.
• Drive employee initiatives in the region so as to increase the engagement levels of employees in coordination with HO team.
• Identify key skills, competencies, specialty skills and propose training needs for the employees in the region accordingly.
• Delivering training and development programs based on both the organizations and the individual’s needs in coordination with the HO training team.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program delivered and handhold the employees in attaining the desired level of performance.
• Design the Individual Development Plan for the identified crucial position employees in consultation with reporting Manager in HO.
• Monthly location visits
• Regular coordination with Manager – Talent Acquisition
• Regular coordination and update with Senior Manager – Operations and Compliance on Employee grievances and disciplinary issues
• Conducting Performance Reviews in coordination with DGM – HR. Identifying non performers and driving Performance Improvement plan
• Driving Rewards and Recognition programme in consultation with DGM – HR
• Sharing of Monthly MIS to DGM – HR with copy to Head – HR on Recruitment, Operations, Exits , L & D , On boarding , Engagement Initiatives
• Regular review meetings with Regional Manager and Showroom Managers with feedback sharing to DGM – HR
• Administrative reporting with RSM with dotted reporting to respective SM’s whilst functional reporting to DGM – HR
• Responsible for streamlining location administrative issues
• Any other initiative from HO that needs execution down the region effectively time to time.
