About the Role

Executive/Sr Executive HRBP

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR business partner to contact center leadership and employees.
Own the end-to-end HRBP process for the call center, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management e and retention strategies.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Drive initiatives around employee experience, motivation, and team-building.
Resolve employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Partner with business leaders to support organizational changes, workforce optimization, and talent development initiatives.
Provide reports and analytics to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

1+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering
, specifically handling call center employees and the complete HRBP lifecycle.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Confident, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor or guide teams.
Ability to handle employee relations sensitively and effectively.
Good hands-on experience in MIS (reports, dashboards, HR analytics).
Tamil & Telugu language proficiency preferred
