Role Summary-

Role Description

  • Collaborate with P&C leaders and transformation teams to facilitate organizational design and workforce planning, leveraging Orgvue.
  • Utilize Orgvue to model and analyze organizational structures, ensuring reporting lines and role clarity are optimized.

Planning and Deliverables:

  • Partner with the Global Business Services Transition team to develop and track timelines for P&C activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives across multiple function
  • s.Craft detailed P&C plans for affected functions, covering all necessary activities to engage stakeholders and drive successful deliver
  • y.Create a master position list to streamline cross-functional collaboration on role levelling, pricing, and recruitment effort

Reporting:

  • Provide PMO support during weekly recruitment progress calls, keeping stakeholders informed of risks and issu
  • es.Assist the Head of Transformation and Strategy with the compilation of the Recruitment Dashboard, tracking progress against key recruitment activiti
es.

Mandatory Requirements

:Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizingeffectively.Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex environments, driving change and resolution.Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and engagingly.Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational abilities with experience in implementing PMO processes that enhance efficiency and minimize risk.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on MS PowerPoint and Excel; familiaritywith Orgvue is a plus. Educational Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus!
