Role & responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:

    Handle end-to-end HR processes from onboarding to exit across the region.
  • Strategic HR Alignment:

    Ensure HR operations and initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Talent Development & Performance:

    Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, and quarterly R&R programs; support onboarding, role clarity, and employee development.
  • Policy & Compliance:

    Recommend policy enhancements by benchmarking industry best practices.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Implement and drive initiatives in collaboration with Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Employee Relations:

    Manage grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and departmental enquiries.
  • Retention & Analytics:

    Track attrition trends, conduct exit interviews, and provide insights to strengthen retention strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Partner with business leaders to balance people priorities with business delivery.
