NOTE-Manufacturing industry exposure is a must. Role Overview The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and provide HR solutions. Align HR initiatives with business strategies to support growth and performance. Talent Management & Workforce Planning Partner with managers on manpower planning, recruitment, and retention strategies. Support career development, succession planning, and internal mobility. Employee Engagement & Relations Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. Performance Management Guide managers and employees through performance management processes. Coach leaders on feedback, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans. Learning & Development Identify training needs and partner with L&D team to implement programs. Promote continuous learning and leadership development. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure HR policies are effectively implemented and compliant with labor laws. Monitor attrition, absenteeism, and workforce analytics to support decisions. Change Management Support organizational transformation projects. Act as a change agent by fostering adaptability and resilience. 2.Key Skills & Competencies Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality. Proficiency in HR analytics and HRMS tools. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
