*Work Days: Monday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)*

*Location: Noida ( Sector 3 )*

Position Summary:

seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is a key strategic partner to our business units, responsible for both people management and essential HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales recruitment and a comprehensive understanding of core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition for Sales: Act as the primary recruiter for our sales organization, managing the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. Develop and implement strategies to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent to meet business objectives.

Grievance Handling: Serve as a confidential and empathetic point of contact for employees, providing guidance and facilitating the fair and timely resolution of workplace grievances and conflicts.

Attendance Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of employee attendance, including tracking leave requests, monitoring adherence to company policies, and maintaining accurate records for payroll purposes.

Payroll Management Support: Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll. This includes gathering and verifying employee data, managing deductions, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries.

HR Policy and Procedure: Implement and communicate HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees and management to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a strong background in sales recruitment.

Solid practical experience in grievance handling, attendance management, and payroll processes.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

A high degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
