We have opening of 3 Positions in (Human Resource) for Jaipur location.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead HR strategy and planning for the region in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership and support business growth through HR initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor regional HR policies, practices, and processes.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for regional roles ensuring quality and timely hiring.
  • Drive talent development initiatives, including training programs and succession planning.
  • Lead onboarding and induction programs for new hires across regional offices.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee relations in the region.
  • Resolve grievances, manage disciplinary issues, and ensure timely conflict resolution.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.

Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements across locations.
  • Maintain audit-ready employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure policy and process adherence.

Operational HR Management

  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave data in coordination with central HR/payroll teams.
  • Oversee consultants contracts and ensure timely renewals.
  • Support organizational restructuring, manpower planning, and resource optimization.

Key Competencies & Attributes

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel & Powerpoint
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of regional labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRMS and other HR tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources
  • Prior experience managing multi-location HR operations
  • Experience in sectors such as Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Retail
