Job Description

As a Process Manager at eClerx in Chandigarh / Mohali, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication between HR and Operations within the program while upholding company policies. With over 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for various HR functions aimed at enhancing employee engagement and performance. - Conduct HIPO development and Career discussion programs for identified groups of Analysts and Senior Analysts. - Monitor and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming individuals and implement strategies to reduce attrition levels. - Plan and organize on-floor events, conduct pulse meetings, and oversee the 90-day onboarding program for new employees. - Facilitate knowledge management training programs and guide new managers in evaluating subordinates. - Timely closure of PIP cases, conducting exit interviews, and updating various trackers related to grievances, performance, and background verification. - Create reports and dashboards for program/process areas to drive rewards and recognition initiatives to motivate employees. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role. - Strong communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and proficiency in Excel. - Analytical skills and experience in using data to make informed decisions.
