Job Purpose:

To act as a strategic HR partner for business leaders by aligning HR practices with business goals and ensuring smooth people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business heads to support workforce planning and talent strategy
Drive recruitment for IT, engineering roles
Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, engagement, and exits
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
Support performance appraisal, promotions, and succession planning
Implement HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and statutory requirements
Drive learning & development initiatives and capability building
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management
Support change management and organizational development initiatives
Data-driven HR decision-making
Problem-solving and conflict management skills

Education & Qualifications:

Graduate /MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant specialization
