Key Responsibilities: Perform PHE and firefighting calculations as per national and international codes and standards. Design and develop plumbing, fire protection, and site utility systems for large-scale infrastructure projects. Prepare and review riser schematics for plumbing and firefighting systems. Collaborate with mechanical designers and CAD/BIM teams to produce design models and technical drawings. Coordinate and verify project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance. Required Skills & Experience: Strong design experience in plumbing and fire protection systems, preferably in a consulting or design firm. Proficient in national and international PHE codes (e.g., NBC, UPC, NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.). Experience working on large-scale national/international infrastructure projects. Solid understanding of site utility planning and hydraulic calculations. Familiarity with industry-standard design and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.).
