Human Resource Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents. Conduct joining formalities and orientation for new employees. 2. Employee Engagement & Relations: Maintain healthy employee relations and address queries or grievances. Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. 3. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management: Maintain attendance and leave records. Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll processing. Handle employee reimbursements and deductions. 4. HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital files). Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly dashboards. 5. Performance & Exit Process: Assist in the performance appraisal process. Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlement formalities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
