The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and business engagements.
  • Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of business documents.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of information.
  • Support the executive in prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Liaise with departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science(physics), engineering (preferred).
  • Male Candidate with age between 28 to 35 years.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
