In this role, HRBP will be responsible for overseeing the HR function for Academy, Bhiwadi. Success in this role will require partnership with the business to execute the HR strategies that foster organisational and people effectiveness. Working closing with the FOS and NON FOS to support the overall goals of the region and organisation.
1. Drive initiatives to best practices, employee engagement, rewards and recognition &culture.
2. Strategic partnership- Develop strong relationship with business leaders.to understand their objectives and challenges and provide strategic HR support and guidance. Develop various strategic initiatives such as organisation and culture, transformation and succession planning etc. .
3. Provide guidance and coaching to employees on Performance management, career development, retention and talent assessments. 4. HR Analytics- Utilise HR data and metrics to identify trend, diagnose issues and drive data driven decision making to improve organisational effectiveness and employee engagement.
5. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on HR policies and procedure, resolve employee relation issues and ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
6. Change management- Lead change management initiatives to support organisational growth, restructuring and transformational changes, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.
7. Attrition Management-Design and deploy strategies for controlling attrition in lieu of the market trend through tactical thinking.
1. Previous experience of working closely in high growth and fast transformation environment.
2. Preferably from Ecommerce/ Retail/Telecom/ QSR. Others can also apply.
3. Good people management skills.
4. Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
