Warehouse Manager (Ecommerce/Retail) Noida 5 - 10 years INR 5.0 - 8.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Were looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager from the Ecommerce/Retail industry who knows the ins and outs of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic individual with a proven track record of managing high-volume inventory and understanding every operational challenge from inbound to dispatch, especially in a fast-paced online retail environment. Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse including inbound, storage, inventory management, and dispatch . Manage stocking, SKU-wise inventory accuracy , and ensure strict control on MRP, UPC, and Barcode mapping for each item. Implement effective stock audits, reconciliations, and variance reports. Ensure proper management of batch, expiry, and MRP controls as per retail compliance. Maintain and improve space utilization, stock arrangement, and FIFO systems . Coordinate with ecommerce marketplace teams (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart etc.) for pick-ups, PO appointments, and order dispatches. Lead a team of supervisors, pickers, and packers with clear task delegations and shift management. Track and reduce operational costs while maintaining efficiency. Oversee barcode and labeling systems, maintain data on ERP systems , and support for dispatch documentation. Plan inventory replenishments and fast/slow moving product strategies. Ensure high operational hygiene: housekeeping, safety, security, and vendor management for logistics. Preferred candidate profile 510 years of warehouse management experience in Ecommerce or Modern Retail industry Hands-on knowledge of MRP, UPC, SKU tagging, barcode software (Bartender) is a must. Proficiency in stock management software, Excel, and MIS reporting . Excellent team leadership, planning, and people management skills. Should have handled inventory volume of 1000+ SKUs or high-frequency dispatch environments . Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple daily operational priorities. Familiarity with GST, e-way bills, and ecommerce logistics portals preferred.

Catalog Management Noida 2 - 5 years INR 2.5 - 4.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Location: Noida (Office) Industry: Ecommerce Experience: 2-4 years We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and experienced Catalog Management Executive to join our growing Ecommerce team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing product catalogs across multiple Ecommerce platforms, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving online business environment. Role & responsibilities End-to-end product listing management on platforms like Amazon (Seller Central & Vendor Central) , Flipkart , Meesho , Myntra , Quick Commerce apps like Blinkit, Zepto and others. Coordinating with internal teams and external marketplace contacts via email and phone to resolve issues related to listings, product approvals, content updates, pricing, and images. Maintaining accurate product listings with correct pricing, descriptions, and specifications. Creating, updating, and optimizing listings in bulk via flat files where applicable. Tracking live listings and ensuring timely updates for out-of-stock, pricing changes, and product launches. Identifying listing errors or issues and proactively working on resolutions. Working closely with the warehouse, design, and operations teams to collect product-related information and assets for seamless uploads. Strong working knowledge of Excel (must) for data management, reports, and listings. Adhering to platform-specific guidelines and ensuring compliance for listings. Managing deals, offers, and promotions, especially during sales events and campaigns. Keeping a check on price parity and offer alignment across different platforms. Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce Catalog Management Impeccable hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central (mandatory) Well-versed with Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart Experience handling listings on Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other major online marketplaces. MS Excel skills should be confident with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, and Bulk Upload templates. Excellent written and verbal communication. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible. Should be proactive and capable of independently handling tasks in a high-pressure environment. Preferred Skills: Understanding of Ecommerce operations and product content optimization. Ability to manage multiple platforms and accounts simultaneously.
