Job Description

The HRBP role focuses on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and the business objectives.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR partner to IT Infrastructure leaders & managers
Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, & capacity planning
Support onboarding & integration of new hires
Manage performance management cycles, goal setting, & performance improvement plans (PIPs)
Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, & exit management
Coach managers on people management, feedback, & difficult conversations
Drive employee engagement initiatives & action plans
Analyse attrition trends & recommend retention strategies
Partner with L&D on technical / behavioural training programs
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labour laws, & compliance requirements
Maintain accurate HR data & dashboards
Support organizational changes such as restructuring, role changes, or shifts in operating models

Qualifications

Bachelors /master’s degree in HR, or related field
4–7 years of HR experience working for IT organisation.
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
Business acumen with a technology mindset
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and labour laws
Experience working closely with mid to senior-level managers
Exposure to IT services, managed services, or enterprise infrastructure environments
