Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and Technical Sales and Service Engineer to oversee sales, service, and client engagement activities within the assigned state. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, providing exceptional technical support, and maintaining strong client relationships in line with organizational goals. Prefer from the segments – Direct sales experience is must, Automobile equipment’s sales to Service Centers , Office automation sales Sales and Business Development Identify and target potential clients, including government agencies, private enterprises, and OEMs. Promote and sell the company’s products/services to meet or exceed sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the regional market. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product capabilities and value propositions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies. Service and Technical Support Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment. Diagnose and resolve equipment faults, ensuring minimal downtime for the customer. Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of systems as per service contracts. Train client personnel on the operation and troubleshooting of equipment. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their technical and commercial concerns. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction. Regularly visit client sites to assess performance, gather feedback, and offer upgrades or additional services. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and maintain detailed records of sales activities, service calls, and customer interactions. Generate monthly sales and service performance reports for review by management. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of client issues. Qualifications and Skills Educational Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred). Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a similar sales and service role, preferably in the automotive, industrial, or smart infrastructure sectors. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and troubleshooting techniques. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and understand the sales cycle. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Other Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Key Attributes Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state. Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to addressing client needs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
