Join Our Mission: Shrimad Rajchandra Jivmaitridham (Animal Hospital) Seeks an Experienced HR Manager. HR Operations: • End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation • Draft and issue appointment letters, contracts, and volunteer agreements • Maintain updated personnel files (Aadhaar, PAN, qualification, bank details) • Monitor attendance and maintain daily muster rolls Statutory and Legal Compliances: • Handle compliance related to all applicable statutory provisions and acts • Develop and enforce HR policies: leave, discipline, grievance etc. • Assist in audits, and compliance certifications Staff Welfare & Engagement: • Promote a healthy, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture • Conduct regular orientation and training for staff and volunteers • Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution Reporting: • Prepare HR MIS reports for board and trustees • Maintain accurate payroll, PF, and statutory compliance records • Assist in CSR, audit, and donor documentation Candidate Requirements: • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labour Law, Social Work, or related field • Minimum 5 years experience in HR, with hands-on statutory compliance management • Proficient in Indian labor law and HR software • Strong documentation, compliance, and interpersonal skills • Prior work in NGOs, hospitals, or charitable trusts is highly preferred • Empathetic approach aligned with the Mission of animal welfare is preferable Website : https://loveandcare.srmd.org/portfolio/shrimad-rajchandra-animal-hospital-2/ Email ID : employment@srmd.org
