Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
Implement and manage performance management systems and employee development programs.
Drive initiatives for employee engagement, culture building, and retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with finance.
Handle complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to management

Candidates from manufacturing sector will be preferred for this role.

Desired profile:

Experience:
12+ years of HR experience
Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
