Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems and employee development programs.
  • Drive initiatives for employee engagement, culture building, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll in collaboration with finance.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to management

Candidates from manufacturing sector will be preferred for this role.

  • Experience:

    12+ years of HR experience
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
