Job Description

HR Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to assess staffing needs and workforce planning.
Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and fostering positive relationships.
Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Performance Management & Development

Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
Identify training and development needs and implement suitable programs.

Compensation & Benefits

Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
Evaluate and update employee compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive.

Policy Development & Compliance

Create and update HR policies to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and employment standards.

Leadership & Team Management

Manage and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Promote a culture of inclusion, equity, and diversity within the organization.
