Plasticizers

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B segments across industries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for products such as Plasticizers, PVC, Compounds, and PAC.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.
Negotiate pricing and contracts within defined company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant field (MBA is a plus).
1 - 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the chemical or polymer industry, fresher enthusiast with ownership mindset candidates are also welcome.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
