We are a white label IT & digital services company delivering web development, mobile apps, SEO, PPC, UI/UX, and dedicated resources to global clients and agencies. We re expanding our Upwork channel to drive consistent international business.

Role Overview

We re looking for an experienced BDE / Upwork Bidder who can generate qualified leads, submit winning proposals, and close IT service projects on Upwork.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Upwork profile and bidding strategy

Identify relevant IT & digital service projects on Upwork

Write customized, high-converting proposals

Communicate with international clients and understand requirements

Coordinate with technical team for estimates and solutions

Close deals and maintain long-term client relationships

Track leads, proposals, and conversions

Requirements

Proven experience in Upwork bidding / freelance platforms

Strong understanding of IT & digital services

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Ability to generate leads independently

Knowledge of pricing, negotiation, and project scope
