Key Responsibilities

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.

Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.

Identify, document, and track bugs using standard tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).

Verify fixes and conduct regression testing before release.

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure smooth delivery.

Provide QA sign-off for staging and production releases.

Suggest process improvements to enhance quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a QA Tester / QA Engineer in IT services or software development projects.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Hands-on experience in manual testing .

Familiarity with testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems.

Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar tools preferred).

Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and work with distributed teams.
