Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to understand requirements and translate them into engaging UI/UX designs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

Design responsive websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.

Develop clean, modern, and pixel-perfect design systems aligned with client branding.

Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions.

Deliver final design files (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) ready for development handoff.

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop/Illustrator.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.

Ability to create design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

Strong attention to detail with excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with motion graphics, micro-interactions, or prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, Framer).

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to better communicate with developers.

Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles and A/B testing.
