Job Title: HR Generalist

Company: SkySun (India Support Office for Lytegen US-based Solar Energy Company)

Location: Mohali (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM) – Cab Facility Available

Experience: 5+ Years

Gender: Female Candidate Preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our Mohali team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, policy making, compliance, and employee relations. You will be responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle — from onboarding to exit — while ensuring adherence to company policies and labour law requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
  • Handle policy making, HR documentation, and ensure smooth implementation across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, PF, and ESI regulations.
  • Oversee performance appraisals, evaluations, and employee grievance handling.
  • Maintain HRMS / HR software and ensure accurate employee record keeping.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, data analysis, and insights to management for decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
  • Support in payroll coordination and statutory record management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR software / HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, BambooHR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
