Key Responsibilities:.
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:- Develop and execute recruitment strategies.- Conduct interviews, selection, and onboarding processes.- Ensure smooth induction and orientation for new hires.Employee Relations & Engagement:- Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions.- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.- Organize team-building activities and HR initiatives.Performance Management & Training:- Implement performance appraisal systems.- Identify training and development needs.- Facilitate training programs and career development initiatives.

- Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance.- Administer employee benefits, leave, and incentive programs.Compliance & Policy Development:- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.- Update and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.Administration Responsibilities:Office & Facility Management:- Supervise office operations, supplies, and vendor management.- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and security.Record Keeping & Documentation:- Maintain HR and administrative records.- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, policies, and compliance reports.Travel & Event Management:- Manage business travel arrangements and logistics.- Plan company events, meetings, and conferences.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2-5 years of experience in HR and Administration.- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
