Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION – HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Location: HO

Department: HR & Administration

Reporting To: Director

The Size of Company : 25-40 Employees

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, job posting, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, compliance registers, PF/ESIC coordination, and induction formalities.
  • Ensure field-level HR compliance—PPE issuance, DLR, punching, safety instructions, wage sheet verification, and labour documentation.
  • Handle administration, travel arrangements, office management, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare HR MIS such as attrition, manpower status, recruitment tracker, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Required Skills
  • Good understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and project-based HR management.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
  • Qualification & Experience
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR
  • 1-2 years of HR/Admin experience; project-site HR exposure preferred.
