About Us:

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, initial interviews, reference checks, offer coordination.
Onboarding, employee records, attendance, leaves, PF/ESI coordination, payroll coordination.
Employee relations: performance reviews support, grievance handling, exit formalities.
Project coordination for 3D animation projects: collect client requirements, prepare & send regular status updates, maintain action logs.
Client communication: single point for routine client queries, requirement clarifications and progress calls (escalate technical issues to APM).
Project follow-ups: monitor timelines, chase deliverables, maintain project checklists.
Documentation: maintain project files, client communication history and HR documentation.
Vendor coordination for HR activities (recruiters, trainers).
Ad-hoc operations support as required (meeting coordination, travel & logistics for site visits).

Must-have skills & experience

2–5 years in HR/operations role (startup / services companies preferred).
Hands-on recruitment, onboarding and payroll coordination experience.
Excellent written & verbal communication; comfortable interacting with clients.
Strong organisational skills: experience managing multiple projects/tasks.
Experience with any ATS or HRMS and Google Workspace/Office.
Comfortable producing regular status reports and tracking action items.

Desirable

Exposure to service/project-based businesses (B2B) — asset: experience coordinating technical teams.
Basic accounting familiarity (invoicing/petty cash) — helpful but not mandatory.
Familiarity with 3D, engineering or manufacturing domain — helpful for quicker onboarding.
