About the Role:

HR & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance tracking.
• Manage payroll coordination and employee documentation.
• Address employee queries, grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.
• Support HR compliance, company policies, and performance review processes.

Operations:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
• Communicate with US-based clients and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
• Assist management in process optimization and workflow improvement.
• Ensure quality standards and timelines are met across all projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of BPO experience (US process is mandatory).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
• Experience in HR operations, employee management, or administration.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in US shift hours if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of payroll, HRMS tools, or recruitment platforms.
• Exposure to HR compliance and US process documentation.

Compensation:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
