Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:

    Recruitment and Resource Onboarding
  • HR:

    Employee Engagement

    ,

    Attendance and Timeoff Management, Maintain employee records, Conflict Management, ensuring compliance with HR policies, Track Timesheet.
  • Operations:

    Ensure smooth running of day-to-day office activities, answering and directing phone calls, vendors co-ordination, Office events and meetings etc.,

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge in various recruitment platforms is desired e.g., Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed etc.,
  • Good communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in HR and Admin functions is desired

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR and Admin.
