HR & Operations Executive

You are seeking a proactive and organized HR and Operations Executive to manage a wide range of responsibilities across the employee lifecycle and office operations. The role includes handling onboarding to full & final settlement (FNF), facility maintenance through AMC renewals, housekeeping and security supervision, and leading employee engagement and event management initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end onboarding process: documentation, induction, Salary processing, asset allocation. - Maintain accurate HR records, files, and documentation. - Address employee queries and support HR compliance requirements. - Assist in performance reviews, attendance tracking, and HR reports. - Monitor and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for all critical systems (AC, IT, electrical, etc.). - Oversee daily functioning of housekeeping and security teams, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols. - Coordinate with vendors for repairs, services, and operational supplies. - Conduct regular facility checks and ensure infrastructure is maintained. - Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team-building exercises, and internal communications. - Lead the planning and execution of events, including birthdays, festivals, company celebrations, and training sessions. - Collect feedback and drive initiatives to improve workplace culture. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in Human Resources and Operations roles. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements. - Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
