About Bridgekeys

Bridgekeys is a real estate consulting and channel partner firm specializing in Cat A residential projects in Bangalore, Hyderabad & Dubai. We are a fast-growing team building a professional, scalable organization and seeking our first HR & Operations professional.

The Role

We are hiring an HR & Operations Executive to establish and manage Human Resources and Operations functions as we scale our team. You will be responsible for recruitment, HR administration, compliance, operations management, and supporting our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end hiring for real estate salespeople and 1 Centre Head position
  • Job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection
  • Background verification and onboarding coordination


HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and RERA regulations
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Process payroll, benefits, and statutory filings
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and HR documentation


Onboarding & Employee Relations

  • Design and execute structured onboarding programs for sales teams
  • Develop HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Foster positive workplace culture and handle employee concerns
  • Facilitate team engagement and communication initiatives


Operations Management

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Handle vendor relationships and contract negotiations
  • Monitor operational efficiency and suggest process improvements
  • Budget and cost optimization for HR and operational expenses


Sales Team Support

  • Coordinate with sales teams on resource requirements and CRM tools
  • Track team performance metrics and identify development needs
  • Ensure operational support for sales team effectiveness


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of HR operations or HR administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment compliance
  • Proficiency with HR tools, payroll systems, and basic Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a startup environment


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate, sales, or consulting environments
  • Familiarity with RERA regulations
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Background in fast-growing or startup companies
  • Knowledge of sales team dynamics and operations
