What You Will Own

As the sole HR and Operations leader, you will manage the entire 'People' function end-to-end, acting as both the strategist and the hands-on executor.

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles (especially technical/cloud talent), from Sourcing strategies to final offers and onboarding.
• Develop and champion a compelling employer brand and unique candidate experience that showcases our innovative work culture.
• Manage our core HR technology stack (HRIS, ATS, Payroll systems).
• Establish and maintain robust HR policies, handbooks, and compliance protocols across all operational areas.
• Design and roll out a simple, high-impact performance review and feedback system that drives accountability and growth.
• Refine and manage the complete employee journey, ensuring a world-class experience from pre-boarding to off-boarding.
• Identify critical skills gaps and build agile, in-house programs for upskilling and career development.
• Serve as the trusted advisor to the leadership team on all things people-related: compensation, organizational design, retention, and strategic growth planning.

• 1 to 3 years of progressive, hands-on experience in a comprehensive HR Generalist role, ideally within a high-growth tech, SaaS, or cloud services environment.
• Proven ability to build HR functions from the ground up, manage multiple priorities autonomously, and take full ownership of results - treating the HR function as your own business.
• You understand the language of cloud services and technical roles to effectively recruit and support engineers.
