HR & Operations Executive

As an HR & Operation Executive at Biskitos Foods Private Limited, your role will involve managing various aspects of HR and operations to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding of new employees. - Maintain employee records, HR databases, and necessary documentation. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements specific to the Food manufacturing industry. - Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies & procedures. - Coordinate with management for daily operations and administrative tasks. - Oversee vendor & office management to ensure a smooth operational workflow. - Support in organizing training & development programs and conducting performance evaluations. - Assist in employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. - Supervise office supplies, logistics, and facility management. - Support in various other operational tasks as required. Qualifications required for this position include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and Operations roles. - Mandatory industry experience in Food manufacturing or Bakery industry. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and reporting tools. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage day-to-day operations effectively. - Preference may be given to male candidates due to local operational requirements.
