Job Description

As an HR & Operations Executive at Prolific 3D Tech, you will play a crucial role in managing HR processes and facilitating communication between clients and the 3D animation team. This position is vital in enabling leadership to focus on business development while ensuring smooth project execution. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, performing reference checks, and coordinating job offers. Additionally, you will be responsible for employee relations tasks like providing support for performance reviews, handling grievances, and managing exit formalities. In terms of project coordination, you will be tasked with gathering client requirements, sending regular status updates, and maintaining action logs for 3D animation projects. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, clarifications, and progress updates, escalating technical issues to the Assistant Project Manager when necessary. Monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining project checklists, and documenting project files, client communications, and HR-related information will be part of your daily activities. You will also coordinate with vendors for HR-related activities and provide operational support as needed, including meeting coordination and travel logistics for site visits. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR and operations roles, preferably in startup or services companies. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively. Excellent organizational abilities, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, familiarity with ATS or HRMS tools, and proficiency in Google Workspace or Office are also required. Desirable qualifications include exposure to service or project-based businesses, basic accounting knowledge (invoicing/petty cash), and familiarity with the 3D, engineering, or manufacturing domains. These additional skills will facilitate a quicker onboarding process and enhance your effectiveness in the role. This position offers flexibility in terms of location (office-based, hybrid, or remote) and comes with a competitive CTC of 3.6-4.8 LPA. You will report to either the Founder or the Assistant Project Manager, depending on the specific project requirements.,
