Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, site, and sales roles (project managers, architects, engineers, site staff, sales executives, etc.). Partner with business heads to forecast manpower requirements for new and ongoing projects. Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants. Design and implement onboarding and induction programs for new employees. 2. HR Operations & Administration Oversee HR processes including attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and statutory compliance. Maintain HRMS and ensure accuracy of employee data. Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with company goals and labor laws. 3. Performance Management Drive the annual performance appraisal process and KRA/KPI setting for all departments. Partner with leadership to identify and implement performance improvement strategies. 4. Learning & Development Identify training needs across departments and organize skill development programs. Collaborate with department heads to design training modules for technical and soft skills. 5. Employee Engagement & Retention Implement engagement activities, recognition programs, and welfare initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction. Conduct employee feedback surveys and develop action plans. Handle grievances and promote a positive work culture across sites and offices.   6. Statutory Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and consultants on HR-related audits and inspections. 7. Strategic HR & Business Partnering Partner with management to align HR strategy with business goals. Support organizational restructuring, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in real estate or residential construction. Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple project sites. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite. High integrity and professionalism. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Time-to-hire and quality of hires. Employee engagement and retention rates. Compliance adherence and audit results. Training hours and employee satisfaction scores. HR process efficiency and accuracy.
