Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, site, and sales roles (project managers, architects, engineers, site staff, sales executives, etc.). Partner with business heads to forecast manpower requirements for new and ongoing projects. Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants. Design and implement onboarding and induction programs for new employees. 2. HR Operations & Administration Oversee HR processes including attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and statutory compliance. Maintain HRMS and ensure accuracy of employee data. Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in real estate or residential construction. Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple project sites.
