Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation campaigns through SEO, PPC (Google Ads), social media, and email marketing to support sales goals. Social Media Management: Create and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to promote listings, events, and company news. Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce high-quality visuals, virtual tours, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional videos. Website Management: Oversee website updates, landing pages, property listings, and ensure SEO optimization. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards. CRM Management: Work with real estate CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or industry-specific platforms) to nurture leads and automate email campaigns. Digital Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Display Network, etc.) to drive traffic and inquiries. Event Promotion: Market open houses, property launches, and virtual events online to boost attendance and engagement.
